The measurements shown in the shart are garment measures. We recommend you pick your favorite tee, lay it flat, and measure it:

On a personal note, I'm usually always the DM but when I get the chance to play, my characters are usually warlocks. As a DM I love having a warlock in the party for being able to get the players back on the rails when needed, but also because I really like messing with people and pushing their buttons.
